WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT UNOPENED AND NON-USED PRODUCTS. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN RESALABLE CONDITION, RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ACCOMPANIED BY A YEMMA APPLIANCE PARTS, INC. RECEIPT OR INVOICE. SHIPPING CHARGE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. |

WE WARRANTY ALL OUR PARTS ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE AGAINST MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS. EXCHANGE ONLY, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
REPLACEMENT PARTS DELIVERED TO A CUSTOMER UNDER THE PARTS OR PRODUCT WARRANTY WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER. UPON THE MANUFACTURER’S APPROVAL OF THE WARRANTY CLAIM, A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER. SHIPPING CHARGES RELATIVE TO WARRANTY PARTS ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY. |
